探析延续性护理干预对老年2型糖尿病患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Continuous Nursing Intervention on Quality of Life in Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的分析延续性护理干预对老年2型糖尿病患者生活质量的影响。方法选取我院社区门诊接诊的200例老年2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机分为实验组(n=107)和对照组(n=93),实验组给予延续性护理干预,对照组采用常规护理干预,对比两组护理效果。结果实验组出院后1年后血糖控制效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组SAS、SDS和SES评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组各项QOL评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年2型糖尿病患者护理中应用延续性护理干预可以有效的提高患者生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing intervention on the quality of life in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Two hundred elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into experimental group（n=107） and control group（n=93）. The experimental group was given continuous nursing intervention, and the control group was treated with conventional nursing intervention, and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results 1 years after discharge, the effect of blood glucose control in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）, and the scores of SAS, SDS and SES in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the QOL scores in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of continuous nursing intervention in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
