摘要
对隔爆型电机包装箱底座选用不同材料进行力学分析计算,满足强度和可靠性要求下进行整体包装箱结构设计。结果表明:底座满足强度要求,框架能够实现多次拆卸组装,符合叉运和起运双向吊装功能的包装箱结构,能降低成本,提高效率。
It gives the mechanical analysis and calculation of different materials for the flameproof motor package base,introduces the design process of overall package structure under the requirements of strength and reliability. The results show that the base can meet the strength requirements,and the frame can realize the multi-disassembly and assembly of the packaging box structure that meets the two-way lifting function of fork and lifting,which can reduce the cost and improve the efficiency.
