螺旋CT在鉴别诊断厚壁型胆囊癌与慢性胆囊炎中的应用价值分析

目的探讨分析螺旋CT在鉴别诊断厚壁型胆囊癌与慢性胆囊炎中的应用价值。方法选取2016年1月至2018年3月我院收治并确诊为厚壁型胆囊癌与慢性胆囊炎患者各74例,将其分为两组,厚壁型胆囊癌组和慢性胆囊炎组,两组均进行CT检查。结果厚壁型胆囊癌组的厚度大于慢性胆囊炎组,厚壁型胆囊癌组中胆囊黏膜线中断患者所占的比率、胆囊轮廓模糊患者所占的比率和发生高位胆道梗阻患者所占的比率都比慢性胆囊炎组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用螺旋CT能够清晰的显示厚壁型胆囊癌与慢性胆囊炎的病变部位,在诊断厚壁型胆囊癌与慢性胆囊炎方面效果显著,可以临床推广。

Conclusion spiral CT can clearly show the lesion site of thick-walled cholecystic carcinoma and chronic cholecystitis, which is effective in the diagnosis of thick-walled cholecystic carcinoma and chronic cholecystitis and can be popularized in clinic.
