Objective to provide a good treatment plan for patients with urinary calculi, improve the treatment effect and satisfaction. Methods clinical data of 150 patients with urinary calculi from January 2015 to June 2016 and July 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the study objects. Patients receiving conventional treatment were the control group, and those receiving ultrasound-guided extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy were the experimental group. The results of the treatment of patients after grouping were counted. Results according to the clinical case records after treatment, the total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 94.7%, which was higher than that of the control group 74.7%.At the same time, the total satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was 93.3% higher than that of the control group(78.7%). During the treatment, 2 cases of hematuria were visible to the naked eye and under the microscope, which disappeared without special treatment within 1-2 days. Ureteral pain occurred in 1 patient, and pain was relieved after spasmolysis and diuresis. In the control group, 2 cases of fever appeared during the treatment with the drug, which were relieved after the treatment with the antipyretic treatment, and 2 cases had slight gastrointestinal adverse reactions, which were relieved by themselves without any treatment. Conclusion the treatment of urinary calculi with extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy by ultrasound is effective and valuable in clinic.
