目的探讨血液细胞检验质量控制方法,为临床应用提供保障。方法选取2017年6月至2018年4月在我院行血液细胞检验的260份血液标本为研究对象,分析影响血液细胞检测的外在因素及其控制方法。结果影响检测结果准确性的因素有很多,其中血液稀释的比例、血液标本置放时间、置放温度等都会对血液细胞检测结果的准确性造成一定影响。结论血液检验作为临床广泛应用的检测方法,其检测结果往往受到多方面因素的影响,为此需要寻求有效方法针对血液细胞检验质量进行合理控制,确保临床医疗工作的安全。

Objective to explore the quality control method of blood cell examination and to provide guarantee for clinical application. Methods 260 blood samples from the blood cell test conducted in our hospital from June, 2017 to April, 2018 were selected as study objects to analyze the external factors influencing blood cell detection and the control methods. Results there are many factors that affect the accuracy of the test results, among which the proportion of blood dilution, the time of blood sample placement, the temperature and so on will have a certain impact on the accuracy of the blood cell test results. Conclusion blood test is widely used in clinic, and its results are often affected by many factors. Therefore, it is necessary to find effective methods to control the quality of blood cell examination and ensure the safety of clinical medical work.
