摘要
目的针对静配中心提高药物调配工作质量和效率的方法进行研究分析。方法自2017年4月至2018年3月回顾性分析本院实施静配中心提高药物调配工作质量以及工作效率的资料,2017年4月至2017年9月设为参照组,而2017年10月至2018年3月设为观察组,观察组实施静配中心提高药物调配工作质量以及工作效率措施,对比两组实施前后静脉药物调配质量及效率的变化情况。结果经过对两组进行研究,2017年4月至2018年3月总共药物调配量为878451组,其中参照组药物调配量为406275组(46.24%),观察组的为472176组(53.75%),研究组比对照组高7.15%;而两组药物调配失误一共15例,药品损耗417支,其中参照组照组的药物调配失误有10例(66.66%),药品损耗356支(85.37%),而观察组分别为5例(33.33%)、61支(14.62%),对比发现,观察组高山情况显著优于参照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过调查,总共获取了76份有效资料,其主要制约因素包括静配中心人员缺乏素质、调配技巧缺乏、静配中心管理问题、操作流程混乱以及人员配置不足。结论静配中心药物调配工作质量以及效率受到多方面的抑制,因此要加强相关人员的专业技能,丰富其药物调配的技巧,从而有效的提高静配中心提高药物调配工作质量和效率,值得大力的推广和应用。
Objective to study and analyze the methods of improving the quality and efficiency of drug dispensing in the center. Methods a retrospective analysis was made from April 2017 to March 2018 on the data of improving the quality and efficiency of drug preparation in the implementation of the dosing center in our hospital. A reference group was set up from April 2017 to September 2017, while an observation group was set up from October 2017 to March 2018. The observation group implemented the static distribution center to improve the quality of drug dispensing and work efficiency, and compared the changes of the quality and efficiency of intravenous drug deployment before and after the implementation of the two groups. Results after the study of the two groups, a total of 878451 groups were allocated from April 2017 to March 2018, of which the control group was 406275(46.24%) in the reference group and 472176(53.75%) in the observation group. The study group was 7.15% higher than the control group. The two groups of drug allocation errors in 15 cases, the drug loss of 417, of which the reference group of the drug allocation error 10 cases(66.66%), the loss of drugs 356(85.37%), and the observation group were 5 cases(33.33%), 61(14.62%). comparative findings, In the observation group, the Alpine condition was significantly better than the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). After investigation, a total of 76 valid data were obtained, whose main factors were lack of quality of personnel in the static distribution center, lack of deployment skills, management problems in the static distribution center, chaotic operation process and insufficient personnel allocation. Conclusion the quality and efficiency of the dispensing work of the center are restrained in many aspects. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the professional skills of relevant personnel and enrich their skills in drug dispensing, so as to effectively improve the quality and efficiency of the dispensing work of the center, which is worth promoting and applying vigorously.
