风湿免疫科护理人员叙事护理知信行研究

Study on Narrative Nursing Knowledge and Practice of Nurses in Rheumatology Department

目的研究和分析风湿免疫科护士叙事护理的知信行现状及影响因素。方法查阅文献,自行设计表格,借助湖北风湿免疫质控中心护理专业学组成立大会的时机,对与会所有风湿免疫科护理人员进行问卷调查。调查问卷内容包括叙事护理的知识、态度以及行为3个维度,共34个条目。结果风湿免疫科护士对叙事护理相关知识掌握尚待加强,叙事护理态度、信念达到较好水平,临床护士开展叙事护理行为能力不足。结论风湿免疫科护士叙事护理态度非常积极,总体上叙事护理知识-态度-行为情况尚可,但叙事护理知识的缺乏限制了叙事护理的开展,叙事护理行为能力较差。

Objective to study and analyze the current situation and influencing factors of narrative nursing of rheumatic immunology nurses. Methods a questionnaire survey was conducted among all nurses in the rheumatic immunology department by consulting literatures, designing the form by ourselves and taking advantage of the occasion of the establishment meeting of the nursing professional group of the rheumatic immunology quality control center in hubei province. The content of the questionnaire includes three dimensions, namely, the knowledge, attitude and behavior of narrative nursing, with a total of 34 items. Results the nurses in the department of rheumatism and immunology still need to improve their knowledge of narrative nursing, and their attitude and belief in narrative nursing have reached a good level. Conclusion the nurses in the department of rheumatism and immunology have a very positive attitude towards narrative nursing. The overall situation of narrative nursing knowledge, attitude and behavior is good, but the lack of narrative nursing knowledge limits the development of narrative nursing. The ability of narrative nursing behavior is poor.
