心理护理在肿瘤患者临床治疗中的应用研究进展

肿瘤是对人类生命安全产生严重威胁的疾病之一,死亡率高,受到精神因素、内分泌失调、免疫缺陷与遗传因素等机体内部或者外部如化学、物理、生物、营养等因素的影响。约有60%的癌症患者在发病前有明显的精神创伤史,大约80%-90%的癌症是由环境因素引起的,外界致癌因素是引起癌症的重要刺激因素。通过临床中对心理因素与肿瘤之间关系的研究和分析,发现心理护理在肿瘤患者临床治疗中、肿瘤发生和转归中具有重要意义。

Tumor is one of the diseases that pose a serious threat to human life safety, with a high mortality rate, which is affected by mental factors, endocrine disorders, immune defects and genetic factors, and other internal or external factors such as chemical, physical, biological and nutritional factors. About 60 percent of cancer patients have a significant history of trauma before the onset, about 80 to 90 percent of cancer is caused by environmental factors, and external carcinogenic factors are important stimulators of cancer. Through the study and analysis of the relationship between psychological factors and tumor in clinic, it is found that psychological nursing is of great significance in the clinical treatment of tumor patients, tumor occurrence and prognosis.
