中医导痰去瘀药物治疗糖尿病合并冠心病的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of TCM Conduction Phlegm Removing Blood Stasis Medicine Treating Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨中医导痰祛瘀药物对糖尿病合并冠心病患者的治疗效果。方法收集我院临床确诊的28例糖尿病合并冠心病患者,根据随机原则均分为观察组和对照组。观察组采取导痰祛瘀药物进行中医治疗,对照组选用阿托伐他汀钙片和单硝酸异山梨酯片进行西医治疗,对比分析两组疗效和并发症差异。结果观察组总有效率为85.7%,对照组为64.3%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的血糖、血脂改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组无不良反应发生,对照组出现2例不良反应。结论中医导痰祛瘀药物对本病的治疗效果显著,且并发症少,安全可靠。

Objective to explore the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine for treating diabetic patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 28 patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease who were diagnosed clinically in our hospital were divided into observation Group and control group according to the stochastic principle. In the observation group, traditional Chinese medicine treatment was performed with drugs to induce phlegm and remove blood stasis. In the control group, atorvastatin calcium tablets and isosorbide mononitrate tablets were used for western medicine treatment, and the differences in curative effect and complications were compared and analyzed. Results the total effective rate of the observation group was 85.7% and that of the control group was 64.3%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The improvement of blood glucose and blood lipid in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There were no adverse reactions in the observation group. There were 2 adverse reactions in the control group. Conclusion traditional Chinese medicine for treating phlegm and removing blood stasis is effective and safe.
