外耳道臭氧吹气联合派瑞松治疗真菌性外耳道炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of the Treatment of Fungal Otitis External with Ozone Blowing Combined with Perisone

目的探讨分析外耳道臭氧吹气联合派瑞松治疗真菌性外耳道炎的临床效果以及应用价值。方法选取本院收治的180例确诊为真菌性外耳道炎患者,将180例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组90人。对照组使用4%的硼酸酒精治疗,观察组使用外耳道臭氧吹气联合派瑞松治疗,观察分析两组患者经过治疗后的效果。结果使用外耳道臭氧吹气联合派瑞松治疗的观察组治疗效果明显高于使用4%的硼酸酒精治疗的对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用外耳道臭氧吹气联合派瑞松治疗真菌性外耳道炎,治疗效果显著,应用价值较高。

Objective to explore and analyze the clinical effect and application value of external auditory canal ozone blowing combined with perisone in the treatment of mycotic external otitis. Methods 180 cases of patients diagnosed with fungal otitis media in our hospital were selected. 180 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 90 patients in each group. The control group was treated with 4% boric acid alcohol, while the observation group was treated with external auditory canal ozone blowing combined with perisone, and the effects of the two groups were observed and analyzed. Results the treatment effect of the observation group treated with external auditory canal ozone blowing combined with perisone was significantly higher than that of the control group treated with 4% boric alcohol, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion the use of ozone blowing in the external auditory canal combined with perisone in the treatment of fungal otitis media is effective and valuable.
