阿立哌唑治疗男性精神分裂症的疗效及对糖脂代谢的影响

Effect of Aripiprazole on the Treatment of Male Schizophrenia and Its Effects on Glucose and Lipid Metabolism

目的研究讨论阿立哌唑治疗男性精神分裂症的疗效及对糖脂代谢的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2018年4月本院收治的86例具有精神分裂症的男性患者为本次研究对象,将患者随机分成对照组(奥氮平治疗)以及研究组(阿立哌唑治疗),平均每组患者43例,对比两组患者的治疗效果以及治疗后患者糖脂代谢指标变化情况。结果经过对两组患者进行观察和分析,治疗前两组患者的糖脂代谢指标比较差异不明显(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者的指标均有改善,而研究组患者改善较对照组患者的明显,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过对两组患者进行观察,研究组患者治疗效果显效、有效以及无效的分别为29例、12例、2例,而观察组患者治疗效果显效、有效以及无效的分别为:23例、13例、7例,研究组患者的总有效率95.34%显著优于对照组的总有效率83.72%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与奥氮平相比,精神分裂的患者采取阿立哌唑进行治疗更能够有效的改善患者的糖脂代谢指标,治疗效果显著,在临床治疗上值得大力的推广和应用。

Objective to study the efficacy of aripiprazole in the treatment of male schizophrenia and its effects on glucose and lipid metabolism. Methods a total of 86 male patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to April 2018 were selected as subjects for this study. Patients were randomly divided into control group（olanzapine treatment） and study group（aripiprazole treatment）, with an average of 43 patients in each group. The therapeutic effect of the two groups and the changes of glycolipid metabolism indexes were compared. Results after observation and analysis of the two groups of patients, there was no significant difference in glycolipid metabolism indexes between the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）, and the indexes of the two groups of patients were improved after treatment, while the improvement of the study group was more obvious than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After observation of the two groups of patients, 29 cases, 12 cases and 2 cases in the study group were respectively effective, effective and ineffective. 23 cases, 13 cases and 7 cases were respectively effective, effective and ineffective in the observation group. The total effective rate of the study group was 95.34%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 83.72%, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion compared with olanzapine, the patients with schizophrenia can effectively improve the glucose and lipid metabolic index by taking aripiprazole. The therapeutic effect is significant, and it is worthy to be popularized and applied vigorously in clinical treatment.
