紫杉醇+顺铂方案联合同步放疗治疗中晚期食管癌临床观察

Clinical Observation of Paclitaxel and Cisplatin Combined with Synchronous Radiotherapy in the Treatment of Advanced Esophageal Cancer

目的探讨中晚期食管癌患者应用紫杉醇、顺铂化疗联合同步放疗的临床效果。方法抽取我院2015年3月至2017年9月收治的中晚期食管癌患者60例为研究对象,30例行单纯放疗者作为对照组,30例行紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗+同步放疗者作为实验组,评估两组疗效,观察生命质量改善情况。结果①实验组治疗总缓解率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);②实验组治疗后生命质量总评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规放疗基础上,给予中晚期食管癌患者紫杉醇、顺铂化学治疗,可促进病灶缩小,提高疗效及生活质量水平,值得推广。

Objective to explore the clinical effect of paclitaxel and cisplatin combined with synchronous radiotherapy in patients with advanced esophageal cancer. Methods 60 cases of advanced esophageal carcinoma treated in our hospital from March 2015 to September 2017 were studied. 30 patients were treated as control group, 30 were paclitaxel combined with cisplatin chemotherapy. Synchronous radiotherapy was used as experimental group. The two groups were evaluated and the quality of life improvement was observed. Results the total rate of remission in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The overall life quality score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion the administration of paclitaxel and cisplatin in patients with advanced esophageal cancer on the basis of conventional radiotherapy can promote the narrowing of the lesion, improve the curative effect and quality of life.
