摘要
目的分析麦杏补肺汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺气虚证临床疗效。方法于2016年5月至2018年2月选择在我院接受诊治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为本次研究对象。根据随机数字法的原则将80例患者划分到实验组与常规组。所有患者均采取常规治疗措施,其主要是以除痰、消炎、解痉、低流量供氧等。常规组在常规治疗基础上联合支气管舒张剂进行治疗,实验组在常规治疗基础上应用麦杏补肺汤进行治疗。观察两组患者治疗后肺功能以及临床疗效。结果实验组患者的多项肺功能参数相对于常规组而言均有明显的优势,两组患者肺功能差异显著,具备统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗总有效率(97.50%)显著高于常规组患者治疗总有效率(85.00%),总有效率数据差异显著,具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麦杏补肺汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺气虚证临床疗效突出,能够有效的缓解临床症状并改善患者的肺部功能,提高生活质量,值得推广普及。
Objective to analyze the treatment of lung-Qi deficiency syndrome in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease during stable stage with Wheat apricot nourishing lung soup. Methods from May 2016 to February 2018, patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study. According to the principle of random number method, 80 patients were divided into experimental group and routine group. All patients were treated with conventional treatment, which was mainly to remove phlegm, inflammation, antispasmodic, low flow of oxygen and so on. The conventional group was treated with bronchial diastolic agent on the basis of conventional therapy, and the experimental group was treated on the basis of conventional therapy by using Wheat apricot nourishing lung soup. The pulmonary function and clinical curative effect were observed in two groups of patients after treatment. Results The lung function parameters of the patients in the experimental group had obvious advantages compared with the conventional group. The pulmonary function of the two groups was significant and statistically significant(P〈0.05). The total efficiency of treatment in the experimental group(97.5%) was significantly higher than that of the general group of patients(85%). There was statistically significant difference in total efficiency data(P〈0.05). Conclusion the therapeutic effect of Wheat apricot nourishing lung soup on lung-qi deficiency in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable stage is prominent. This can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the patient's lung function and the quality of life.
