微波热凝、平阳霉素(瘤体内注射)联用对颌面部血管瘤的临床治疗效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Treatment Effect of Maxillofacial Hemangioma by Microwave Thermocoagulation and Pingyangmycin with Intratumoral Injection

目的在颌面部血管瘤的治疗过程中应用微波热凝、平阳霉素,观察分析临床治疗效果。方法在2015年10月2017年11月期间从我院选取100例颌面部血管瘤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组患者50例,在对照组中应用平阳霉素(瘤体内注射)进行治疗,而在观察组中则采用微波热凝联合平阳霉素(瘤体内注射)进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果相较于对照组,观察组患者的治疗有效率明显较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在颌面部血管瘤的治疗过程中应用微波热凝联合平阳霉素(瘤体内注射),不仅治疗效果较好,而且不良反应的情况较少,临床价值显著,值得推广应用。

Objective to observe and analyze the clinical effect of microwave thermocoagulation and pingyangmycin in the treatment of maxillofacial hemangioma. Methods 100 cases of maxillofacial Hemangioma were selected from our hospital in October 2015 November 2017, and the randomized numerical method was used to divide it into control group and observation group, and 50 patients in each group. In the control group, pingyangmycin（intravenous injection） was used for treatment, while in the observation group, microwave thermocoagulation combined with pingyangmycin（intravenous injection） was used for treatment, and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results compared with the control group, the treatment efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher, with statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion the use of microwave coagulation and pingyangmycin in the treatment of Maxillofacial hemangioma（in vivo injection） is not only effective, but also less adverse reaction. The clinical value is significant and deserves popularization.
