心理护理干预对银屑病患者不良情绪的作用研究

Study on the Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Bad Mood of Psoriasis Patients

目的研究心理护理干预对银屑病患者不良情绪的作用。方法选择我院银屑病患者148例,按照随机数字表法分为实验组(心理护理干预)和常规组(日常护理),对比两组患者不良情绪以及临床护理满意度。结果与常规组比,实验组SAS与SDS评分低,满意率高,P<0.05。结论银屑病患者在治疗期间实施心理护理干预能改善护患关系,促进其病情早期康复,改善患者生活质量及预后,使得护理满意度得以提高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective to study the effect of psychological nursing intervention on bad mood of psoriasis patients. Methods 148 patients with psoriasis in our hospital were selected and divided into experimental group with psychological nursing intervention and routine group with routine nursing according to the random number table method. The patients＇ bad mood and clinical nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results compared with the conventional group, the SAS and SDS scores in the experimental group were low and the satisfaction rate was high, P〈0.05. Conclusion psychological nursing intervention during the treatment of psoriasis can improve the relationship between patients and their early recovery. At the same time, the quality of life and prognosis of patients can be improved to increase nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
