脑室型脑囊虫病的的临床分析

Clinical analysis of treatment of cerebral cerebral cysticercosis

目的通过分析112例脑室型脑囊虫病临床诊疗经过,总结脑室型脑囊虫病的临床表现,治疗措施及预后恢复情况。方法收集112例郑州市金水区总医院神经内科2006年—2015年收治入院的脑室型脑囊虫病患者的临床资料。结果脑室型脑囊虫病多以头痛为首发症状,囊虫抗体检测阳性率较高,阿苯达唑治疗有显著效果。结论对脑室型脑囊虫病的早期识别、规律治疗,可提高疾病的治愈率,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective Through the analysis of 112 cases of cerebrovascular encephalopathy clinical diagnosis and treatment,summed up the clinical manifestations of cerebral cysticercosis, treatment and prognosis of the recovery.Methods Clinical data of 60 patients with cerebral encephalopathy admitted to our hospital from 2006 to 2015.Results Cerebral cysticercosis and headache as the first symptom,cysticercosis antibody detection rate is high,albendazole treatment has a significant effect. Conclusion On the early stage of cerebral cysticercosis,regular treatment,can improve the cure rate of the disease,improve the quality of life of patients.
