摘要
胺液在脱硫过程中会产生热稳态盐(HSS),引起胺液发泡、脱硫效率下降、设备腐蚀等严重后果,需要脱除热稳态盐来延长使用寿命。经对蒸馏法脱热稳态盐过程的深入分析,提出了3种蒸馏法脱热稳态盐的工艺设计方案:(1)贫胺液一次性进料间歇蒸馏脱HSS,单纯补水控制蒸馏温度;(2)贫胺液连续进料兼控温间歇蒸馏脱HSS方案;(3)贫胺液连续稳定进料平衡蒸馏脱HSS,稳定补水控制蒸馏温度方案。计算得知3个方案下的补水(胺)公式,经分析比较得出方案三为最佳方案。
The amine solution will produce heat-stable salts which causes serious consequences such as foaming of the amine, decrease of the desulfurization efficiency, and corrosion of the equipment, etc in the desulfurization process. Therefore, it is necessary to remove the heat stable salt to extend the Service life. Based on the detailed analysis of the process of removing heat stable salts by distillation, three kinds of process design schemes are recommended: (1) batch-distillation is applied to remove HSS from iean amine and sup- plement water to control distillation temperature; (2) lean amine is replenished continuously as batch-distil- lation feed and temperature control measure is also taken to remove HSS; (3) Lean amine is introduced con- tinuously and steadily as equilibrium distillation feed, and water is replenished to control distillation tempera- ture. After calculation, the formula for water (amine) replenishment of three schemes is obtained. The analy- sis and comparison conclude that Scheme 3 is the best selection.
