中国石油化工股份有限公司广州分公司1. 0 Mt/a喷气燃料加氢装置通过采用喷气燃料临氢脱硫醇RHSS技术,使用RSS-2催化剂,级配装填系列保护剂RG-20,RG-30A,RG-30B,RGO-1,把主催化剂体积空速从3. 5h^(-1)提高到5. 4 h^(-1)左右,在反应器不扩大的情况下,使处理量提高到1. 4 Mt/a。通过增加热高压分离器和相应的换热流程改造,装置能耗降低了0. 32 kg/t。喷气燃料加氢装置扩能改造时,分馏塔的改造要考虑微量硫化氢和硫对产品银片腐蚀的影响。整个扩能改造流程简单,改造周期短,可以在全厂检修期间实施。标定结果显示,装置运行平稳,产品质量合格,达到了增产喷气燃料、降低能耗的改造目标。
The capacity of the 1.0 MM TPY jet fuel hydrotreating unit of SINOPEC Guangzhou Company has been elevated to 1.4 MM TPY by applications of RHSS mercaptan removal process, RSS-2 catalyst, inter- stage guard catalysts of RG-20, RG-30A, RG-30B and RGO-1 and after hourly space velocity of the main cat- alyst is increased to about 5.4 from 3.5. There is no expansion of reactor size. The unit' s energy consumption has been reduced by 13.9 MJ/t. In the revamping of the fractionator, the impact of trace hydrogen sulfide and sulfur on product' s silver plate corrosion should be considered. The whole expansion revamping is simple in process and short in time schedule. It can be implemented during the overhaul of the whole plant. The per- formance tests show that the unit is stable in operation and good in product quality. The objectives of increas- ing jet fuel production and reducing the energy consumption have been achieved.
