摘要
中石化某炼油厂的污水汽提装置存在严重的堵塞问题,通过对不同位置堵塞垢物的组成分析,结果显示:进出料换热器垢物中C元素质量分数为57. 33%,O元素质量分数为16. 23%;塔盘上的垢物中S元素质量分数为40. 38%,铁元素质量分数为25. 08%;塔底再沸器垢物中S元素质量分数为44. 33%,Fe元素质量分数为25. 52%。表明进出料换热器垢物为来自焦化的含碳化合物,塔盘及塔底再沸器垢物主要为无机化合物。采用FMP高效抗堵塞喷射态塔盘技术解决了污水汽提装置的堵塞问题。对污水汽提装置在100%及120%负荷条件下的标定结果表明:净化水中硫化氢平均质量浓度为0. 8 mg/L,氨氮平均质量浓度为16. 6 mg/L,经FMP塔盘处理后的污水可以满足净化指标要求。
The status quo of the operation of a domestic refinery sour water stripper and exiting problems are introduced. The analysis of the compositions of the fouling at different locations shows that the content of C element in the fouling of inlet and outlet exchangers is 57.33% and that of O element is 16.23%. The content of S and Fe in the fouling on the trays is 44.33% and 25.52% respectively. All these show that the foul of heat exchanger is carbon compound from coking. The foul on the tray and bottom reboiler are mainly inorganic compounds. FMP high-efficiency anti-clogging jet tray technology is adopted to solve the blocking problem of sour stripping equipment. The calibration results of the sour stripping unit under 100% and 120% operation loads show that the average content of hydrogen sulfide in the purified water is 0.8 mg/L and that the content of ammonia nitrogen is 16.6 mg/L. The waste water after treatment by FMP tray can meet the required specifi- cations.
