摘要
介绍了连杆机构在低压配电万能式断路器(ACB)、塑壳断路器(MCCB)、小型断路器(MCB)中的典型应用,从机构的动作原理上阐述了四连杆和五连杆机构的具体应用,断路器的操作系统通过连杆机构来实现可靠动作,从而完成断路器的通断或保护脱扣等功能,所以连杆机构在断路器中起到十分重要的作用。
The typical applications of linkage mechanism were introduced in low voltage power distribution system,including the air circuit breaker( ACB),molded case circuit breaker( MCCB),miniature circuit breaker( MCB). The applications of four-bar linkage mechanism and five-bar linkage mechanism were illustrated from the action principle of the mechanism. The operating system of circuit breaker realizes the reliable action through the linkage mechanism,so as to complete the circuit breaker on-off or protection tripping,etc. The linkage mechanism plays a very important role in circuit breaker.
