热浸提取和超声波提取对昭通天麻的天麻素和对羟基苯甲醇提取效率的影响

A Comparative Study on the Effects of Hot Dip Extraction and Ultrasonic Extraction on the Extraction Efficiency of Gastrodin and p-hydroxybenzyl Alcohol in Gastrodia elata Bl from Zhaotong

为了探究热浸提取与超声波提取对昭通天麻中天麻素和对羟基苯甲醇提取效率的影响,本研究通过方法学考证,对比研究了上述两种方法的准确性、重复性及提取效率.结果表明:2种提取方法均具有良好的线性关系,精密度、稳定性、加样回收率RSD均较低,重复性满足《中国药典(2015版)》要求.分别采用热浸提取和超声波提取法11份天麻样本,提取液中的天麻素和对羟基苯甲醇的含量测定后发现,热浸提取法中天麻素和对羟基苯甲醇含量分别为超声波提取法的1. 37～2. 83倍和1. 49～9. 04倍.综上所述,热浸提取和超声波提取测定天麻的天麻素和对羟基苯甲醇含量均具有较好的准确性和重复性,但热浸提取下天麻素和对羟基苯甲醇的提取率均高于超声波提取.

In 0rder to explore the effects of hot dip extraction and ultrasonic extraction on the extraction efficiency of gastrodin and p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol in Zhaotong Gastrodia,the accuracy,repeatability and extraction efficiency of the above two methods were studied through methodological research. The results showed that the two extraction methods all had good linear relationship. The precision,stability and sample recovery rate were low,and the repeatability met the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia（ 2015 Edition）. The contents of gastrodin and p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol in the extracts of 11 samples were determined by hot dip extraction and ultrasonic extraction,respectively. The content of gastrodin and p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol in the hot dip extraction method were 1. 37 - 2. 83 times and 1. 49 - 9. 04 times than that of ultrasonic extraction,respectively. In summary,hot dip extraction and ultrasonic extraction all had good accuracy and repeatability for the determination of gastrodin and p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol,but the extraction rates of gastrodin and p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol were higher under hot dip extraction than that of ultrasonic extraction.
