摘要
以红花黄色素为原料,研究了树脂法从红花黄色素中分离纯化羟基红花黄色素A(HSYA)的工艺条件,制备得到羟基红花黄色素A.结果表明运用树脂联用技术从红花黄色素中分离制备得到的羟基红花黄色素A的含量达到85%以上,为从常规红花黄色素中制备高含量羟基红花黄色素A产品提供了一种可行的技术方案.
Hydr0xysafflor yellow A was prepared by sing safflower yellow pigment as raw material,and the process conditions of separating and purifying hydroxysafflor yellow A（ HSYA） from safflower yellow pigment by resin were studied. The results showed that the content of hydroxysafflor yellow A isolated from safflower yellow pigment by resin combination technology was more than 85%,which provided a feasible technical scheme for the production of high-content hydroxy safflower yellow A from conventional safflower yellow pigment.
