参景五味颗粒超高压提取工艺优化及抗疲劳作用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:优化参景五味颗粒的提取工艺并研究其抗疲劳作用。方法:基于单因素及正交试验对参景五味颗粒的超高压提取工艺进行优选,并对最佳工艺下的提取物进行抗疲劳作用研究。结果:最佳超高压提取工艺为70%乙醇,料液比为1∶6 g/ml,提取压力为300 MPa,保压时间为5 min。该条件下人参总皂苷含量为126.305 mg/g,五味子醇甲含量为3.63 mg/g。小鼠的耐力实验和生化指标测定结果显示,参景五味颗粒提取物能明显延长小鼠的游泳时间,明显增加肝糖原含量,明显降低血清尿素氮及血乳酸水平。结论:优化后的参景五味颗粒提取工艺稳定、可行,所得到的提取物具有较好的抗疲劳作用,为该方的进一步开发提供依据。 OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction process of Shenjingwuwei granule and to research its antifatigue effects. METHODS: The ultra-high pressure extraction process was optimized on the basis of single factor and orthogonal experiments,then the anti-fatigue test of extracts of Shenjingwuwei granules was conducted. RESULTS: The optimal ultra-high pressure extraction process was at 70% ethanol and the ratio of material to liquid was 1 ∶ 6 g/ml,with the extraction pressure of 300 MPa and the dwell time of 5 min. The content of total ginsenoside and schisandrin were respectively 126. 305 mg/g and 3. 63 mg/g under the extraction process. Through endurance test and biochemical index determination in mice,the extracts of Shenjingwuwei granule can significantly prolong the swimming time of mice,increase the content of liver glycogen,reduce the content of blood urea nitrogen and serum lactic acid.CONCLUSIONS: The optimized extraction process is stable and feasible,the obtained extracts have better anti-fatigue effect and provide a basis for further development of the process.
