桂枝茯苓胶囊联合左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统对子宫腺肌症患者子宫内膜厚度及激素水平的影响

Effects of Guizhifuling Capsules Combined with Levonorgestrel Intrauterine System on Endometrial Thickness and Hormone Level in Patients with Adenomyosis

目的:探讨桂枝茯苓胶囊联合左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统对子宫腺肌症患者子宫内膜厚度及激素水平的影响。方法:选取2016年7月至2017年6月长葛市人民医院收治的子宫腺肌症患者112例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组56例。对照组患者给予左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、子宫内膜厚度、月经量评分、视觉模拟评分、激素水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为91.07%(51/56),明显高于对照组的75.00%(42/56),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者子宫内膜厚度明显少于对照组,月经量评分及视觉模拟评分明显低于对照组,黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素水平明显低于对照组,雌二醇水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组、对照组患者不良反应发生率分别为12.50%(7/56)、8.93%(5/56),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:桂枝茯苓胶囊与左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统联合治疗子宫腺肌症的疗效确切且安全性较高,可减少患者子宫内膜厚度,调节月经量与激素水平。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the effects of Guizhifuling capsules combined with levonorgestrel intrauterine system on endometrial thickness and hormone level in patients with adenomyosis. METHODS： 112 patients with adenomyosis admitted into Changge People＇s Hospital from Jul. 2016 to Jun. 2017 were extracted to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 56 cases in each. The control group was treated with levonorgestrel intrauterine system,while the observation group additionally received Guizhifuling capsules based on the control group. The clinical eficacy,endometrial thickness,menstrual score,visual analgesia score,hormone level and incidence of adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed. RESULTS： The total effective rate of observation group was 91. 07%（ 51/56）,significantly higher than that of control group 75. 00%（ 42/56）,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the endometrial thickness of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group,the menstrual score,visual analgesia score were significantly lower than those of control group,the luteinizing hormone,follicle-stimulating hormone were significantly lower than those of control,yet the estradiol was significantly higher than that of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse drug reactions of observation group and control group were respectively 12. 50%（ 7/56） and 8. 93%（ 5/56）,the difference was not statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of Guizhifuling capsules combined with levonorgestrel intrauterine system in treatment of patients with adenomyosis is accurate with higher safety,shich can reduce patients＇ endometrial thickness and regulate the menstrual volume and hormone levels.
