临床药师对高热伴哮喘加重患儿的药学监护

Pharmaceutical Care for Child Patients with High Fever Accompanied by Asthma Exacerbation

目的:探讨临床药师参与优化用药方案和开展药学监护的方法。方法:回顾分析临床药师参与1例高热伴哮喘加重患儿退热治疗的案例,根据疾病特点,分析临床药师为该类患儿实施药学监护的要点。结果:临床药师可以把优化用药方案、参与药物过敏等不良反应处理及患者教育等方面作为对该类患者实施药学监护的要点。结论:药学监护是临床疾病诊疗过程中必不可少的部分,药师参与治疗和患者教育对促进合理用药具有重要意义。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the methods of optimizing therapeutic regimen and conducting pharmaceutical care by clinical pharmacists. METHODS： According to the disease characteristics, a case of pharmaceutical care for child patient with high fever accompanied by asthma exacerbation was retrospectively analyzed in terms of the main points of pharmaceutical care for such child patients by clinical pharmacists. RESULTS： The optimization of therapeutic regimen,handling with adverse drug reactions like drug allergy and patient education can be regarded as the main points of pharmaceutical care for such patients. CONCLUSIONS： Pharmaceutical care is an indispensable part of clinical diagnosis and treatment process,the participation of pharmacists in treatment and patient education is of great significance to promote rational drug application.
