蜡油加氢装置高压混氢Y型截止阀阀体开裂原因分析

摘要 介绍了蜡油加氢装置新氢压缩机出口至循环压缩机出口混氢点Y型截止止回阀门阀体的运行方式、阀体开裂的原因及应对措施。通过现场阀门开裂位置及运行工况对比分析,结果表明,Y型截止止回阀阀体开裂的主要原因在于阀体内流道设计过大,导致阀瓣受力变化,阀瓣未沿阀道规则运动,阀瓣出现错位直接撞击阀体底部,经过长期、反复大作用力撞击,阀体产生疲劳应力,阀体底部严重变形,内壁产生明显凹痕,壁厚减薄,达到使用压力极限,从而导致开裂,从阀门外观看撞击部位形成半圆形凸痕与环状贯穿性裂纹。 The operation mode of the valve body of Y type cut-off valve for the outlet of the make-up hydrogen compressor of the wax oil hydrogenation unit to the outlet of the circulating compressor and the cause of the cracking of the valve body and the countermeasures are introduced. The results of comparison analysis of cracking locations and operation conditions of the valves show that the main causes for the cracking of the Y type cut-off valve's body is that the valve's flow pass design is too large so as to cause the change of the valve force in the valve body. When the valve disk does not move along the valve pass,the valve disk is misplaced and directly impacts the bottom of the valve body. The fatigue stress will be produced in the valve body from long-term great repeated impingement. The valve body's bottom is seriously deformed,the obvious dents are produced in the inner wall,the wall thickness becomes thinner and the pressure is lower than the pressure limit,which leads to the fracture. The impact site is seen from the valve to form a semicircle mark and circle through crack.
