马来酸依那普利联合氨氯地平治疗高血压病合并冠心病的疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Enalapril Maleate Combined with Amlodipine in Treatment of Hypertensive Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探讨马来酸依那普利联合氨氯地平用于高血压病合并冠心病的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年7月至2016年12月佛山市南海经济开发区人民医院收治的高血压病合并冠心病患者100例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。两组患者均给予常规抗高血压对症治疗,在此基础上,对照组患者给予氨氯地平,观察组患者给予依那普利联合氨氯地平。比较两组患者的血压水平变化、临床疗效、脑卒中发生率及死亡率。结果:治疗后,两组患者收缩压、舒张压明显降低,且观察组患者明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总有效率为96.0%(48/50),明显高于对照组的82.0%(41/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组患者脑卒中的发生率及死亡率均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:马来酸依那普利联合氨氯地平用于高血压病合并冠心病的疗效良好,可有效预防脑卒中的发生,降低死亡率。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the clinical efficacy of enalapril maleate combined with amlodipine in treatment of hypertensive patients with coronary heart disease. METHODS： 100 patients with hypertension with coronary heart disease admitted into Foshan Nanhai Economic Development Zone People＇s Hospital from Jul. 2014 to Dec. 2016 were extracted to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 50 cases in each. Two groups were given conventional antihypertensive symptomatic treatment,based on this,the control group was treated with amlodipine,while the observation group received enalapril maleate combined with amlodipine.Changes of blood pressure,clinical efficacy,incidence and mortality rate of coronary heart disease of two groups were observed. RESULTS： After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of two groups decreased significantly,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of observation group was 96. 0%（ 48/50）,significantly higher than of control group 82. 0%（ 41/50）,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. During treatment,the incidences and the mortality rate of coronary heart disease of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of enalapril maleate combined with amlodipine in treatment of hypertensive patients with coronary heart disease is significant,which can effectively prevent and reduce the incidence and mortality of stroke.
