苏黄止咳胶囊治疗儿童感冒咳嗽的疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Suhuangzhike Capsules in Treatment of Children with Cold and Cough

目的:探讨苏黄止咳胶囊治疗儿童感冒咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院二分院收治的儿童感冒咳嗽患者87例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组44例和对照组43例。对照组患儿给予止咳宁嗽胶囊治疗,观察组患儿给予苏黄止咳胶囊治疗。观察两组患儿的临床疗效、咳嗽症状消失时间、不良反应发生情况及复发情况。结果:观察组患儿的总有效率为95.45%(42/44),明显高于对照组的76.74%(33/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组18例治愈患儿的平均咳嗽症状消失时间为(5.63±1.06)d,对照组13例治愈患儿的平均咳嗽症状消失时间为(5.78±1.11)d,两组治愈患儿咳嗽症状消失时间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患儿均未出现与药物有关的腹泻、呕吐、皮疹或其他不良反应。随访过程中,观察组患儿咳嗽复发率为4.55%(2/44),明显低于对照组的18.60%(8/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:苏黄止咳胶囊治疗小儿感冒咳嗽的疗效显著,安全性高,复发率低。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the clinical efficacy of Suhuangzhike capsules in treatment of children with cold and cough. METHODS： 87 children with cold and cough admitted into Second Branch of Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College in 2017 were extracted to be divided into observation group（ n = 44） and control group（ n = 43）. The control group was given Zhikeningyu capsules,while the observation group received Suhuangzhike capsules. The clinical efficacy,disappearance time of cough,incidence of adverse drug reactions and relapse of two groups were observed. RESULTS： The total effective rate of observation group was 95. 45%（ 42/44）,significantly higher than that of control group 76. 74%（ 33/43）,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）.The average disappearance time of cough in 18 children from observation group was（ 5. 63 ± 1. 06） d,while the data in 13 children from control group was（ 5. 78 ± 1. 11） d,the difference was not statistically significant between two groups in the disappearance time of cough（ P〉0. 05）. No drug-related diarrhea,vomiting,rash or other adverse reactions were found in two groups. During the follow-up,the relapse rate of cough in observation group was 4. 55%（ 2/44）,significantly lower than 18. 60%（ 8/43） of control group,with statistically significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of Suhuangzhike capsules in treatment of children with cold and cough is remarkable,with higher safety and lower relapse rate.
