摘要
目的:探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年4月至2018年4月赣州市人民医院收治的脑卒中后抑郁患者42例作为研究对象,按照入院顺序分组,奇数为对照组,偶数为观察组,每组21例。对照组患者给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用康复训练。观察两组患者的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(hamilton depression scale,HAMD)评分、神经功能缺损量表(Edinburgh Scandinavia scale,MESSS)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗4、6和8周后,观察组患者的HAMD评分、MESSS评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率为9.52%(2/21),明显低于对照组的28.57%(6/21),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合康复训练可改善脑卒中后抑郁患者的临床症状,加快神经功能康复进度。
OBJECTIVE: To probe into the clinical efficacy of Fluopertixene medroxine tablets combined with rehabilitation training in treatment of post-stroke depression. METHODS: 42 patients with post-stroke depression admitted into Ganzhou People's Hospital from Apr. 2016 to Apr. 2018 were extracted to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table, with 21 cases in each. The control group was given Fluopertixene medroxine tablets,while the observation group additionally received rehabilitation training based on the control group. The hamilton depression scale( HAMD) score,the Edinburgh Scandinavia scale( MESSS) score and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed. RESULTS: After treatment of 4,6 and 8 weeks,the HAMD score and the MESSS scores of observation group were significantly lower than that of control group,with statistically significant difference( P〈0. 05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions of observation group was9. 52%( 2/21),significantly lower than that of control group( 28. 57%,6/21),with statistically significant difference( P〈0. 05). CONCLUSIONS: Fluopertixene medroxine tablets combined with rehabilitation training can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with post-stroke depression and accelerate the recovery of neurological function.
