2015—2017年北京大学国际医院口服抗高血压药应用分析

Analysis on Application of Oral Antihypertensive Drugs in Peking University International Hospital During 2015-2017

目的:了解北京大学国际医院(以下简称"我院")3年来抗高血压药的使用情况,为药品管理提供参考。方法:采用限定日剂量法,对2015—2017年我院口服抗高血压药的销售金额、用药频度(defined daily dose system,DDDs)及限定日费用(defined daily cost,DDC)等指标进行回顾性统计分析。结果:2015—2017年,我院口服抗高血压药年销售金额增长迅速,由2015年的24.06万元增至2017年的418.21万元;销售金额排序、DDDs排序均居前2位的分别为钙通道阻滞剂、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻断剂,而血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂的销售金额、DDDs增长幅度较缓,固定复方制剂的销售金额、DDDs呈增长趋势;钙通道阻滞剂中,进口药品苯磺酸氨氯地平片(络活喜)、硝苯地平控释片(拜新同)的销售金额排序、DDDs排序居前2位;血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻断剂中,进口药品氯沙坦钾片(科素亚)的销售金额、DDDs排序始终均第1位;其他类别口服抗高血压药因独特的降压特点仍有一席之地,但其销售金额所占比例<20%。结论:我院口服抗高血压药的使用符合当前药物发展趋势及指南推荐的遴选原则。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the application status of antihypertensive drugs in Peking University International Hospital（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂） in the past 3 years,so as to provide reference for drug administration. METHODS： Defined daily dose method was adopted,and retrospectively statistical analysis was conducted on consumption sum,defined daily dose system（ DDDs） and defined daily dose cost（ DDC） during 2015-2017. RESULTS： During 2015-2017,the consumption sum of of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital had increased rapidly,from 240 600 yuan in 2015 to 4 182 100 yuan in 2017. The top 2 drugs ranked by consumption sum and DDDs were respectively calcium channel blocker,angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blocker; the consumption sum and DDDs of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors increased slowly,and the consumption sum and DDDs of compound preparations was in an increasing trend. Among the calcium channel blockers,the consumption sum and DDDs of the imported drugs of Amlodipine besylate tablets（ Luo Huo Xi） and Nifedipine controlled release tablets（ Bai Xin Tong）dominated the top two places. Among the angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blockers,the consumption sum and DDDs of the imported drugs of Losartan potassium tablets（ Ke Su Ya） took the lead. Other types of oral antihypertensive drugs still took the proportion due to the unique antihypertensive characteristics,but the proportion of consumption sum was 〈20%. CONCLUSIONS： The application of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital is in line with the current drug development trends and guidelines for selection.
