摘要
为了揭示强力旋压工艺参数对连杆衬套成形质量的影响,采用二次回归正交试验方法,对连杆衬套经强力旋压后的成形质量进行研究。获得了强力旋压时进给比、首轮压下比和轴向错距对连杆衬套成形质量的径向力均方差、圆度误差、直线度误差的影响规律,得出了优化的工艺参数组合,并运用SPSS软件进行数据分析得到了径向力均方差、圆度误差和直线度误差的回归方程。结果表明,连杆衬套强力旋压过程中,影响径向力均方差的主次顺序为:首轮压下比〉进给比〉轴向错距;影响圆度误差的主次顺序为:进给比〉轴向错距〉首轮压下比;影响直线度误差的主次顺序为:轴向错距〉首轮压下比〉进给比。
To reveal the influence of power spinning process parameters on the forming quality of the connecting rod bushing,the forming quality of the connecting rod bushing after power spinning was studied by quadratic regression orthogonal test. The effects of process parameters such as feed ratio,pressure ratio of the first round and axial offset on the radial force mean variance,roundness error and straightness error of the parts were given,the optimized process parameters combination was obtained and the regression equation of the radial force mean variance,roundness error and straightness error were obtained by SPSS. The results show that in the power spinning process of connecting rod bushing,the influence sequence of the radial force mean variance is that pressure ratio of the first round feed ratio axial offset; the influence sequence of roundness error is that feed ratio axial offset pressure ratio of the first round; the influence sequence of straightness error is that axial offset pressure ratio of the first round feed ratio.
