基于华中8型数控系统的I/O传输总线控制方法和应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对汽车发动机零件制造四轴卧式加工中心高速、高精和高可靠性的特点,在华中HNC-848D数控系统中采用IFM组件和AS-i总线取代传统的I/O传输。研究AS-i总线的控制协议、与NCUC总线的互联互通等关键技术。实现华中HNC-818D数控系统对刀库、液压站、门防护等关键部件的可靠性控制。提高四轴卧式加工中心可维护性和可靠性。 Aiming at the characteristics of high speed, high precision and high reliability of four-axis horizontal machining center for automotive engine parts manufacturing, IFM module and AS-i bus were used in Huazhong HNC-848D NC system to replace the traditional I/O transmission. The key technologies of AS-i bus control protocol and interconnection with NCUC bus were studied. The reliability control of the key parts such as tool storehouse, hydraulic station and door protection in Huazhong HNC-818D NC system was realized. The maintainability and reliability of the four axis horizontal machining center were improved.
