车桥加工组合机床控制系统改进

Improvement of Control System for Lathe Axle Machining Modular Machine Tool

摘要 介绍车桥加工组合机床自动加工步骤,并提出控制系统改进后机床可实现的加工模式;介绍PLC编程软件的应用及注意事项,分析车桥加工组合机床控制系统梯形图,并给出详细的控制系统梯形图改进内容。改进后的车桥加工组合机床控制系统,满足新驱动桥加工工序,无需增加设备及操作人员,节约生产成本,提升个人综合技能。 The automatic processing steps of the lathe axle machining modular machine tool were introduced.The realizable processing mode of the lathe after the improvement of the control system was put forward. The application of PLC programming software and matters needing attention were introduced.The ladder diagram of the lathe-axle machining modular machine tool control system was analyzed, and the detailed improvement contents of the ladder diagram of the control system were given. The improved control system of lathe axle machining modular machine tool can satisfy the new driving axle machining process without adding equipment and operators, saving production costs and upgrading personal comprehensive skills.
