摘要
针对船企采用人工进行涂装作业的情况,开发船舶专用喷涂机器人。该机器人通过永磁体吸附于船体表面,电机驱动双履带装置实现运行,控制系统实现速度与喷涂量的调整,调整磁间距实现设备的拆装。试验结果表明,该船用非接触喷涂机器人吸附和拆卸迅速、运行较灵活,喷涂作业满足涂装质量要求。
Aiming at the situation of ship enterprises carrying out painting operation manually, a special spraying robot/'or ships was developed. The robot is adsorbed on the hull surface by permanent magnet. The motor drives the double crawler device to realize the operation. The contro| system realizes the adjustment of speed and spraying quantity, and adjusts the magnetic distance to realize the disassembly and assembly of the equipment. The test results show that the robot can adsorb and disassemble quickly and run flexibly, and the spraying operation meets the requirements of painting quality.
