摘要
针对某公司家具板材分拣系统的出入库调度问题,建立数学模型,并提出近似求解策略。对入库和出库两类任务的特征进行描述;基于仿真平台建立分拣模型,并基于不同应用场景及约束条件提出4种近似求解规则;通过仿真实验比较这些规则与策略之间的相对优劣。实验结果表明,参考警戒线方法可根据约束条件灵活调整,提高出库效率。
Aiming at the dispatching problem of the furniture board sorting system in a company, a mathematical model was established and an approximate solution strategy was proposed. The characteristics of inbound and outbound tasks were described; sorting model was established based on Simulation platform, and four approximate solving rules were proposed based on different application scenarios and constraints; the relative advantages and disadvantages between these rules and strategies were compared through simulation experiments. The experimental results show that the reference warning line can be flexibly adjusted according to the constraint conditions to improve the outgoing efficiency.
