摘要
针对电梯曳引机蜗轮蜗杆减速箱的各种失效行为,分析其失效的原因,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对其进行数学建模并应力分析,得到一般失效的临界数值,提出改进和预防措施,具有一定的实践指导意义。
Aiming at various failure behaviors of worm gear and worm gearbox of elevator traction machine, the failure reasons were analyzed. The mathematical model of worm gear and worm gearbox was established by ANSYS finite element analysis software, and the critical value of general failure was obtained. The improvement and prevention measures were put forward, which had certain practical significance.
