为更好保障采煤机的连续可靠运行,以采煤机电控系统为主要研究对象,介绍变频器控制原理及采煤机故障处理方式,分析采煤机电控系统常见故障,并提出相应处理对策,以期能有效解决采煤机电控系统常见故障、提高采煤机运行效率。

In order to ensure the continuous and reliable operation of the shearer, taking the shearer electric control system as the main research object, the control principle of the frequency converter and the fault handling method of the shearer were introduced.The common faults of the shearer electric control system was analyzed.And the corresponding countermeasures was put forward, in order to effectively solve the common faults of the shearer electric control system and improve the coal machine operation efficiency.
