基于电牵引采煤机变频器日常使用中常见的问题,提出相应的改进措施,总结改造中应注意的问题。并在此基础上,研究变频器的调试试验与安装作业中应注意的问题。以期通过对电牵引采煤机变频器的技术改造,有助于更好地防治采煤机变频器故障,更好地保障采煤机的安全、高效运行。

Based on the common problems in the daily use of the frequency converter of electric haulage shearer, the corresponding improvement measures were put forward, and the problems needing attention in the transformation were summarized. On this basis, the problems that should be paid attention to in the commissioning test and installation of inverter were studied. It is hoped that through the technical transformation of the frequency converter of the electric haulage shearer, it will be helpful to prevent and cure the fault of the frequency converter of the shearer, and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the shearer.
