摘要
介绍某矿选煤厂重介粗煤泥回收改造工程的工艺流程、设备选型。改造后使用效果表明,脱水后的煤泥水分一般在11%~12%之间,很好地缓解煤泥水处理系统的压力,提高粒级煤的质量。
The technological process and equipment selection of heavy medium coarse coal slurry reclamation and transformation project in a coal preparation plant were introduced. The application results show that the slurry water content after dehydration is generally between 11% and 12%, which can alleviate the pressure of slurry water treatment system and improve the quality of granular coal.
