流感样疾病阳虚外感证的论治

Differentiation and Treatment of Influenza-like Diseases with Yang Deficiency and Exogenous Syndromes

阳虚外感证在流感样疾病中易于忽视,但临床中较为常见。通过古今文献整理流感样疾病阳虚外感证历史渊源、病因病机、治则,以期丰富流感样疾病的辨证体系,同时探讨体质因素与阳虚外感证关系,辨证论治与辨体论治相结合,丰富流感样疾病中医辨证方法,实现流感样疾病的精准辨证。并对近年来中医药治疗阳虚外感证的成果进行梳理,方便进一步进行基础和临床研究。

Syndrome of exogenous disease due to Yang deficiency is more common in the incidence of influenza,but it is easily ignored. Through the ancient and modern literature,the historical origin,pathogenesis and treatment of the syndromes of Yang deficiency of influenza like symptoms has been reviewed. Influenza rich dialectical system,and to explore the relationship between the physical factors and flu like symptoms of syndrome of exogenous disease due to Yang deficiency differentiation,constitutional differentiation and treatment combined with the TCM method of influenza is rich,achieve precision differentiation of influenza-like symptoms. In addition,it is convenient for further clinical treatment and experimental research to comb the syndrome of Yang deficiency and external sensation in Chinese medicine in recent years.
