摘要 目的:建立天麻酒的质量控制方法,为其产品的质量控制提供依据。方法:对酒中药材天麻、五味子、酸枣仁建立薄层色谱定性鉴别方法研究,对天麻素进行高效液相定量测定方法研究。结果:薄层色谱法能检出天麻、五味子、酸枣仁;当天麻素进样量在0. 131~1. 835μg范围内与峰面积值呈良好的线性关系(r=0. 9999),平均回收率为98. 5%,RSD为2. 4%。结论:所建立的方法专属性强、准确、方便,可用以控制天麻酒的质量。 Objective: To establish the quality control method of Tianma Health Wine and provide the basis for controlling the product quality. Methods: Rhizoma gastrodiae,schisandra chinensis,and spine date seed in Tianma health wine were qualitatively identified by TLC,and the content of gastodin was determined by HPLC. Results: Rhizoma gastrodiae,schisandra chinensis and spine date seed in Tianma Health Wine could be detected by TLC; The sample quantity of gastrodin within the concentration range of 0. 131 - 1. 835μg had good linear relationship with the peak area( R = 0. 9999),and the average recovery rate of gastrodin was 98. 5%( RSD = 2. 4%). Conclusion: The established methods of quality standard of Tianma Health Wine are of good specialization,accuracy and simplicity,which can be used to control the quality of theproduct.
