疏肝活血汤联合百忧解胶囊对抑郁性神经症患者抑郁症状评分及血清CRP、IL-1β、IL-2水平的影响

Influence of Shugan Huoxue Decoction Combined with Baiyoujie Capsule on Depressive Symptom Scores and Serum CRP,IL-1β and IL-2 Levels for Patients with Depressive Neurosis

目的:观察疏肝活血汤联合百忧解胶囊对抑郁性神经症患者抑郁症状评分及血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-2 (IL-2)水平的影响。方法:将94例抑郁性神经症患者随机分为2组,对照组47例应用百忧解胶囊治疗,研究组47例应用疏肝活血汤联合百忧解胶囊治疗,2组均持续治疗3个月。比较2组治疗后临床疗效,记录2组治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分以及抑郁症状评分,检测2组治疗前后血清CRP、IL-1β、IL-2水平。结果:治疗后,研究组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0. 05); 2组HAMD评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0. 05),且研究组HAMD评分显著低于对照组(P<0. 05); 2组胸胁作胀、情志抑郁、脘腹胀满、失眠多梦、神疲乏力五项症状评分以及抑郁症总评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0. 05),且研究组胸胁作胀、情志抑郁、脘腹胀满、失眠多梦、神疲乏力五项症状评分以及抑郁症状总评分均显著低于对照组(P<0. 05); 2组血清CRP、IL-1β、IL-2水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0. 05),且研究组血清CRP、IL-1β、IL-2水平均显著低于对照组(P<0. 05)。结论:疏肝活血汤联合百忧解胶囊治疗抑郁性神经症,能明显减小抑郁症状评分,降低血清CRP、IL-1β、IL-2水平。

Objective： To observe the influence of Shugan Huoxue Decoction combined with Baiyoujie Capsule on the depressive symptom scores and serum C-reactive protein（ CRP）,interleukin-1β（ IL-1β）,interleukin-2（ IL-2） levels for patients with depressive neurosis. Methods： Ninety-four cases of depressive neurosis patients were randomly divided into two groups,fortyseven cases in the controlled group were given Baiyoujie Capsule,forty-seven cases in the study group were given Shugan Huoxue decoction combined with Baiyoujie Capsule,the two groups were both treated for three months. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups,the Hamilton Depression Scale（ HAMD） score and depressive symptom score were recorded before and after treatment in the two groups,and serum CRP,IL-1β and IL-2 levels were detected before and after treatment in the two groups. Results： After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）; The HAMD scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and the HAMD score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）; The symptom scores of chest and flank distention,emotional depression,abdominal fullness and distention,insomnia and dreaminess,fatigued spirit and lack of strength and the depression total score were were significantly lower than before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and the study group was significantly lower than the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）; The serum levels of CRP,IL-1 and IL-2 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and the study group were significantly lower than the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Using Shugan Huoxue Decoction combined with Baiyoujie Capsule in the treatment of depressive neurosis can significantly reduce the depressive symptoms score and reduce serum CRP,IL-1β,IL-2 levels.
