灵龟八法开穴针刺法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效观察

Clinical Curative Observation of Applying Eight Methods of Intelligent Turtle Acupuncture Method in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:观察灵龟八法开穴针刺法与常规针刺法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效差异。方法:将150例患者随机分为灵龟八法开穴治疗组(观察组75例)及常规针刺组(对照组75例)。两组均在西医常规治疗基础上,灵龟八法开穴组选取灵龟八法开穴时穴治疗,常规组选取肾俞、大肠俞、病变节段腰夹脊穴、次髎、环跳、委中、阳陵泉、飞扬、悬钟穴、昆仑穴。两组均每日1次,症状痊愈出院,统计两组治疗前后腰痛评分、治疗前后疗效指数、疗程(平均住院日)进行评定两种针刺方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。结果:3个指标的评定结果均为P=0. 00<0. 05。结论:灵龟八法开穴针刺法和常规针刺法均可改善腰椎间盘突出症患者症状,达到临床治愈目的,但灵龟八法开穴针刺法疗效更为显著,起效快,且可明显缩短治疗疗程。

Objective： To compare the curative effects of Eight Methods of Intelligent Turtle（ Traditional Chinese Medicine）and conventional acupuncture on lumbar vertebral disc herniation（ LDH）. Methods： According to the inclusion criteria,150 LDH patients were randomly divided into Eight Methods of Intelligent Turtle group（ treatment group,75 cases） and conventional acupuncture group（ controlled group,75 cases）. All the patient of the two group accept western medicine treatment,beyond that the treatment group chose the acupuncture point based on the basic theory of Eigt Methods of Intelligent Turtle,while the controlled group chose the waist Jiaji point,Huantiao point,Weizhong point,Yanglinquan Point,Feiyang Point,Xuanzhong point,and Kunlun point. All the patient of the two group was treatment once a day and discharged from hospitai after recovery. The effect of the two kinds of acupuncture methods on the protrusion of lunmbar intervertebral disc was evaluated by the score of low back pain,the index of curative effect before and after treatment,and the course of treatment（ average hospitalization day） before and after treatment in the two groups. Results： The results of the 3 indexes were all P = 0. 000. 05. Convlusion： Eight Methods of Intelligent Turtle Acupuncture Method and conventional acupuncture can improve the symptoms of protrusion of the lumbar intervertebral disc and achieve the purpose of clinical cure,but the effect of the eight methods of the tortoise and Eight Methods of Intelligent Turtle Acupuncture Method is more remarkable,and the therapeutic effect is faster,and the treatment course can be shortened obviously.
