针灸联合龙草汤治疗带状疱疹并发神经痛疗效研究

Clinical Observation of Using Acupuncture Combined with Longcao Decoction in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster Complicated by Neuralgia

目的:观察中医针灸联合龙草汤治疗带状疱疹并发神经痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年8月至2016年12月在我院接受治疗的带状疱疹并发神经痛患者90例作为研究对象,将所有患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,各45例。对照组患者给予单纯的龙草汤治疗,观察组患者在对照组服用龙草汤的基础上加用中医针灸治疗。对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后睡眠质量评分及生活质量评分。结果:观察组患者的治疗有效率95. 56%(43/45)高于对照组的80. 00%(36/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);两组治疗前睡眠质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05);治疗后,两组睡眠质量均有改善,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);治疗前,两组患者生活质量各方面评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05);治疗后,两组患者的生活质量均改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。治疗后,两组患者均未出现明显的不良反应,差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05);结论:带状疱疹并发神经痛患者给予中医针灸联合龙草汤治疗效果显著,可极大减轻患者疼痛感,对促进预后恢复具有重要作用,值得积极推广应用。

Objective： To study and analyze the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with Longcao Decoction on herpes zoster complicated by neuralgia. Methods： 90 cases of patients with schizophrenia complicated with neuralgia who were treated in our hospital from August 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the research subjects. All the patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,45 cases in each group. The patients in the controlled group were given Longcao Decoction,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Longcao Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture for treatment. The clinical efficacy,quality of sleep scores and quality of life scores before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was 95. 56%（ 43/45）,which was higher than that of the controlled group（ 80. 00%,36/45）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in quality of sleep before treatment between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the sleep quality of both groups improved,and the observation group was higher than the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; There was no significant difference in quality of life between the two groups before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the quality of life of both groups improved,and the observation group was superior to the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. There was no adverse reactions occurred in both groups after treatment,the difference was not statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Herpes zoster complicated by neuralgia in patients with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with Longcao Decoction has significant effect,which can greatly reduce pain in patients with the promotion of prognosis recovery plays an important role,it is worth promoting the application.
