通过主干网完整性管理系统的研究,解决了主干网完整性管理的关键问题,提出适合上海天然气主干网的高后果区识别方法、风险评估方法,并由此采取相应的技术措施与管理方法,有计划、有针对性的对主干网管道采取维护措施,使天然气管道始终处于受控状态,为天然气管道的安全运行管理提供技术支持与保障,有效杜绝天然气管道事故的发生。

Through the research on the integrity management system of the backbone network, the key problems of the integrity management of the backbone network are solved. The identification method and risk assessment method of the high consequence area suitable for the Shanghai natural gas backbone network are put forward, and the corresponding technical measures and management methods are adopted to maintain the pipelines of the backbone network in a planned and targeted way. Measures are taken to keep the natural gas pipeline under control, which provide technical support and guarantee for the safe operation and management of the natural gas pipeline, and effectively prevent the occurrence of natural gas pipeline accidents.
