大行政区制度背景下董大酉在西北建筑设计公司建筑实践初探与思考

Preliminary Discussion and Reflection on Doon Dayu's Architectural Practice in Northwest Architectural Design Company under the Background of Major Administrative Region System

文章回顾和梳理了西北建筑设计公司(即中国建筑西北设计研究院有限公司前身)在西安的组建和机构日常运作与管理,指出1952年遵照中央《三反后必须建立政府的建筑部门和建立国营公司的决定》成立的西北建筑设计公司,并没有改变和放弃始自民国时期的建筑师事务所的运作模式和组织方式,相应的改变是从1954年开始的。同时,通过梳理和呈现新中国成立后董大酉在西安的建筑实践活动,提出应重视大行政区时期中央和地方在制度设计和执行中对城市建设的影响的研究,以期为处于转型发展时期的城市建设提供新的经验与参考。

On the one hand, through reviewing and sorting out the daily operation and management of Northwest Architectural Design Company（the predecessor of China northwest architecture design and research institute） in Xi ＇an, the article points out that the Northwest Architectural Design Company,which was established in 1952 in compliance with the Central Committee＇s Decision on the establishment of government construction department and state-owned company after the movement against ＂three evils＂, did not change or abandon the operational and organizational modes of the architectural firms dated from the Republic of China. The corresponding change in the design institute began in 1954. On the other hand, through sorting out and presenting the architectural practice of Doon Dayu in Xi ＇an after the founding of the People＇s Republic of China, the article proposes that we should pay attention to the study of the influence of the central and local governments on urban construction during the period of Major Administrative Region System, thereby providing new experience and reference for urban construction in the period of transformation and development.
