文章论述了上海有在酒店的开发、设计和运营一体的设计智慧。位于2010世博会"城市最佳实践区"的原案例联合馆,多年来并未得到有效开发,有在酒店通过对城市更新各个层面的操作,尝试突破常规的酒店模式,将多维生活、多重居住、共享办公、创意餐饮、多元活动融为一体。
This essay investigates the design intelligence of the integration of development, design and management of URSIDE Hotel ＆ Cafe.
