摘要
高速铁路的发展对铁路移动通信系统提出了更高要求,目前的窄带系统已无法满足日益增加的铁路业务的要求,需要建立性能更好的宽带系统进行支撑。铁路部门需要提前对未来系统使用的移动通信频率资源进行规划,从国际电信联盟的层面为未来频率资源分配打好基础。基于国际电信联盟进行的调研和国内发展现状,对目前全球铁路移动通信系统频率使用情况进行分类和统计,根据数据分析铁路移动通信系统未来发展方向,重点提出列车通信系统使用450?MHz和900?MHz频段,有利于我国发展下一代铁路移动通信系统的建议。
The gr0wth of high speed railway translates into even higher requirements of railway mobile communication system. However, the existing narrow band system can hardly accommodate the booming railway business, therefore a broad band system with greater performance is required. With the World Radiocommunication Conference(WRC) as a platform, the railway departments need to plan the usage of mobile communication frequency for the future, laying a solid foundation for resource allocation. Given the investigation results of WRC and the industrial development of China, the paper takes statistics on and categorizes the frequency usage of railway mobile communication. Afterwards, the paper gives special attention to the usage of 450 MHz and 900 MHz and predicts the direction for future development, conducive to the building of China’s next-generation railway mobile communication system.
