摘要
目的了解CD14基因多态性与肺结核病的相关性。方法应用病例对照研究方法,抽取外周静脉血,分析CD14基因启动子区的C (-159)T和G (-1145)A位点多态性对肺结核发病的影响。结果CD14基因启动子区域CD14C (-159)T和CD14G (-1145)A位点与结核病的易感性相关,C (-159)T位点的TT基因型和CD14G (-1145)A的GG基因型为结核发病的危险因素,可以增加个体患肺结核的风险;CD14基因C (-159)T位点包含C等位基因的CT单倍型和G (-1145)A位点包含A等位基因的AG单倍型为结核发病的保护因素,可以降低个体患肺结核的风险。结论 CD14基因启动子区的C (-159)T和G(-1145)A位点的多态性,影响着人群患结核病的易感性。
Objective To explore the correlation between CD14 promoter polymorphism and pulmonary tuber- culosis. Methods A case-control study was conducted among 181 confirmed pulmonary TB patients and 188 matched controls. Blood samples were collected and the polymorphisms of CD14 promoter at C (159) T and G (-1145) A were determined by sequencing. Results The result showed that C (-159) T and G (-1145) A SNPs in the promoter region of CD14 gene were correlated with the susceptibility of TB. The TT at C (-159) T or GG at G (-1145) A of CD14 gene promoter were the risk factors of TB, and the CT at C (-159)T or AG at G (-1145) A were the protective factors of TB. Conclusions The polymorphisms of C (-159) T and G (-1145) A in CD41 gene promoter may influence the susceptibility to TB.
