摘要
机轮收起着陆(Wheels-UP Landing)坠撞载荷是飞机结构强度设计的重要部分,对飞机适航认证安全性有重要意义。通过对适航认证条款的解读,结合国外大型民用客机的设计和适航认证的经验,建立了满足机轮收起着陆坠撞载荷适航认证符合性的三种分析计算模型和方法;采用分段模型和方法,以国外某民机为例,完成机轮收起着陆坠撞载荷的计算和分析。结果表明:本文给出的模型和方法能够成功地得到机身、机翼、平尾、垂尾等关键站位的弯矩、剪力、扭矩的瞬态载荷响应。根据该瞬态响应绘制的载荷包线能够有效地应用于飞机适航认证评估。文中建立的模型和方法能为国产大型民用客机的机轮收起着陆坠撞载荷计算提供参考。
Wheels-up-landing loads are important parts of design and certification loads for civil aircraft structural design and strength analysis to ensure airworthiness certification and aircraft safety. The main objective of this paper is through the correct interpretation of the certification regulations and based on the design and certification experiences of oversea civil aircrafts to propose three different models and analysis methods which can meet the airworthiness certification requirements. Then the whole loads of wheels-up landing are verified by choosing one of the methods with stage models and uncoupled analysis method and an oversea civil aircraft as an example. The analysis and calculation results indicate that the transient bending, shear and torque loading responses for the whole aircraft critical locations including fuselage, wing and tail planes can be obtained via the model and method proposed in this paper. The load envelopes drawn from the transient responses can be effectively applied to aircraft airworthiness certification assessment. The models and methods provide a reference for the analysis and calculation of the loads of wheels-up landing for domestic large-scale commercial passenger aircraft.
